Vernon County’s – “What’s Your Fair Story?”
Based on the popular contest by the Midwest Farm Report, The Vernon County Fair is proud to have it’s own edition of “What’s Your Fair Story?”
Be a part of an event that honors and celebrates the people, memories and traditions that makes the Vernon County Fair special.
Submissions will be reviewed and ranked by the Vernon County Fair Board.
The top five submissions will be read for everyone to enjoy on the Bob Frederick Free Stage on Sunday at 2:00 pm (the last day of fair).
A “Champion” and “Reserve Champion” will be selected, each will receive a special prize package.
All stories are due by Sept. 5th, 2026.
